Dunn Residence

STATUS: Complete

This project consisted of multi-phase additions and renovations of approximately 1,700 sf of living space. The design included a new two-story addition. On the first floor a new office and storage area were incorporated and on the second floor, a Mother-in-Law suite. Complete renovation of the kitchen area and an addition of the master bedroom and bathroom were completed as a part of the initial phase of work. The design incorporated modern styling on the interior, while complimenting its original 1940’s style by maintaining its appearance on the exterior.
